2005

  • Stralfors delivers the euroShell fuel card in whole Europe.
  • The former CEO and chairman of the board, Mr. Göthe Parkander passed away on February 10th.
  • Acquisition of Data com Finaldn Oy. A further step in Stralfors expansion within information logistics.
  • Stralfors becomes sole owner of Danish information logistics joint venture.
  • The price, established in 2004 on account of Mr Parkander’s 80th anniversary, was distributed for the first time. Awarded receivers are the brothers Sven och Hans-Olof Bodevind, the owners of Henjo Plåtteknik in Ljungby.

  • Stralfors has signed an agreement on the sale of Collamat Stralfors AG to HM Labelling A/S, Vojens, Denmark.
  • Stralfors has signed an agreement with Novo Nordisk regarding taking over their internal printing works for pharmaceutical information and packaging, situated on the outskirts of Copenhagen.
  • Posten AB acquires Strålfors which will be delisted from the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
  • Stralfors acquires the Tandsbyn printing work from Edita.
