Labels in a demanding environment

Problem:

A company needs a label to be printed and applied indoors, but the product is then to be used outdoors. The label must therefore be durable enough to withstand the strain and stress of an outdoor environment.

Our solution

Together with the company we build a project group to develop a solution for the stringent requirements. The printer, ribbons and labels must maintain a certain quality to avoid the print disappearing or the material becoming damaged. After several tests in close cooperation with the material supplier we have an approved material.

Result

• The company has a solution adapted to their requirements.
• The new labelling solution means cost savings, since the number of stoppages in production are reduced.
