Of Mr Göthe Parkander’s holding of unlisted Class A shares, 1,100,000 have been transferred as gift to his son Björn Parkander.
Mr Göthe Parkander’s holding, after the gift, consists of 500,000 Class A shares and 3,050,300 Class B shares.
