Handelsbanken and Stralfors begin co-operation regarding EMV cards (Europay/ MasterCard/Visa card). Initially the co-operation is estimated to be worth between SEK 20-30 million.
”The co-operation is a result of our strategic investment in cards, both internally and externally,” says Per Samuelson, President and CEO of Stralfors. ”Thanks to our co-operation with Oberthur Card Systems, we can offer the market access to the latest developments, and at the same time we have certified our service bureau in Uppsala to EMV status”.
