Strålfors is developing more and more within IT. Now Strålfors TradeCom Solutions is being launched which specializes in supplying solutions for e-commerce between companies. Strålfors TradeCom Solutions collects core competence within the fields of Internet, EDI, system integration and logistics. Today the company has 40 employees and recruitment is still continuing. So far offices have been set up in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Ljungby and Skövde.
- “We are actually one of the veterans of e-commerce. We supplied our first e-commerce system as far back as 1986. We are already market leaders within the automotive industry, with over 1,000 customers in 19 countries. Now that we are bringing the Internet into EDI-applications and making use of our vast experience of integrating our e-commerce systems into customers’ business systems, we see great opportunities to further strengthen our position within other branches,” says Conny Rexed, MD at Strålfors TradeCom Solutions.
The Strålfors business concept is to work within the information transfer field with the main emphasis on computer-related products and services. The group has a turnover of SEK 2.5 billion with its own operations in 11 countries. Strålfors employs 1,550 people, 850 of whom work in Sweden. Our shares have been quoted on the Stockholm Stock Exchange OTC-list since 1984.
