- Ulrika Hagdahl elected as new Member of the Board
- Dividend increased to SEK 2.00 per share
Yesterday, Strålfors AB held its Annual General Meeting in Ljungby. The following were adopted by the Meeting:
Dividend
Payment of a dividend of SEK 2.00 per share was stipulated. The record date will be 9 May and dividends are expected to be distributed on 12 May.
Board of Directors
The present Members of the Board were re-elected, being Åke Fredriksson, Björn Parkander, Per Risberg, Per Samuelson, Caroline Sundewall, Ole Sörensen och Jan Åström and as new member of the Board Ulrika Hagdahl was elected. As Deputy Member of the Board Anna Parkander was re-elected.
Ulrika Hagdahl is 42 years old and responsible for investment at Cancale Förvaltnings AB. Other directorships of Ulrika Hagdahl are: Board Member in IFS AB, in Protect Data AB and in Orc Software AB. Ulrika has 4 400 B-shares in Stralfors via company.
Directors’ fee was stipulated to SEK 1,325.000.
At a statutory meeting with Board of Directors after the Annual General Meeting, Åke Fredriksson was appointed Chairman of the Board and Björn Parkander Vice Chairman of the Board.
Election Committee
The Annual General Meeting decided that for the ordinary Annual General Meeting 2006 an Election Committee will be set up, whereby the four biggest shareholders, if they so wish, during September 2005 shall elect each a representative, who together with the Chairman of the Board, shall form the Election Committee.
Next Annual General Meeting
The Board has decided the next Annual General Meeting to take place on 26 April in Ljungby.
