As from 1 February 2004, all Sydkraft’s customers, both private customers and companies, will receive their invoices and other customer information directly from Stralfors. In total this involves about 6 million mailings a year. The value of the order is about SEK 15 million over a three-year period.
Stralfors is included as partner with WM-data Utilities, who have signed a three-year agreement with Sydkraft. WM-data are responsible for transfer of data files to Stralfors, who in turn adapt the files to their system, and are responsible for the entire logistical process, i.e., printing, printout and distribution to end customer.
