Stralfors has signed a final agreement with Nordea about taking over all printing and enveloping for Nordea in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. This agreement is the result of the assignment of a Letter of Intent that was published on December 1st. The assignment involves an annual value of about MSEK 70 and runs over five years.
This agreement, together with earlier agreements concluded and the acquisition of the CSC’s print center in Denmark on December 17th, means that the business area Information Logistics will reach a turnover of about SEK 1 billion. Stralfors is not only the leader in the Nordic area within Information Logistics, but also the only company in this area running Information Logistics as its core business.
The agreement means that Stralfors will take over about 30 employees from Nordea in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Stralfors has previously signed an agreement with Nordea concerning the delivery of forms and envelopes that are used for these printed mailings.
Stralfors’ core business is to handle other companies’ business and marketing communication to their many customers in a rational way. The information is transferred via a medium chosen by the customer, and can be in form of a personalized card, electronically transferred or as paper-based output. Very often the transfer contains a combination of these different medium.
