According to press release from Posten AB on May 5, the acceptance period of Posten’s public offer to Stralfors’ shareholders has been extended to May 15. Owing to this extension Stralfors’ Annual General Meeting, which should have taken place on May 16, has been cancelled. Notice to new Annual General Meeting on June 9 will be announced this week.
