Describe your role as Customer Communication Manager
Each country within PostNord Stralfors has a CCM, who is part of the country’s management team. My role involves collecting and compiling our customers’ needs, requirements and preferences, scanning the market and seeing what the current trends are so that we can put together the most attractive customer offering possible. My role also involves responsibility for Nordic coordination in order to identify cross-border customer solutions and utilise synergy effects between the countries. My role is largely about supporting the sales organisation in the customer dialogue. I often help out before a customer meeting with demos and other things that the sales representative needs to hold a perfect customer meeting.
What’s it like, working at PostNord Stralfors?
Working at PostNord Stralfors is very stimulating. There are new things happening all the time and there are enormous development opportunities, which appeals to me a lot. I’ve held three different roles in my one and half years at the company. That says a lot about how good it is at PostNord Stralfors.
How has your career journey been within PostNord Stralfors?
Before I started working at PostNord Stralfors, I lived in Sydney and worked at a software company. When I moved back home I looked around for new challenges and saw that PostNord Stralfors was looking for an employee to work as an international sales and marketing coordinator as cover for someone on maternity leave. I thought that the position sounded interesting, applied for it and got the job. I felt right away that this was an interesting company that was on a major journey of change, and after only one year I was offered a new role in the Norwegian organisation, which was soon extended to include a Nordic role too, which is the one I have now.
What do you find interesting and challenging in your job?
What makes my work so enjoyable is that I get to work at both a national and a Nordic level. PostNord Stralfors is constantly creating new customer solutions, and we’re the business of the future in the whole PostNord Group, which is both challenging and educational. I’m also very much attracted to being able to work across the whole organisation, and not in ‘drainpipes’, which gives me an overall perspective and a great understanding of our business.
What’s it like, being an employee at PostNord Stralfors?
It feels really good to be an employee here. There are so many nice, competent employees who make the working day feel both fun and stimulating. I really do have an opportunity to develop both professionally and as an individual, as long as I show that I want to. I’ve just started out my career and I’m so glad to have the opportunity to try out and learn lots of new things all the time.

2. Have a mindset that means I don’t need to know everything from the outset, but learn as I go along.
3. Be driven by change and to be good at adapting quickly to new conditions, which can change more quickly than you can imagine.
