Describe your role as Customer Communication Manager
Each country within PostNord Stralfors has a CCM, who is part of the country’s management team. My role involves collecting and compiling our customers’ needs, requirements and preferences, scanning the market and seeing what the current trends are so that we can put together the most attractive customer offering possible. My role also involves responsibility for Nordic coordination in order to identify cross-border customer solutions and utilise synergy effects between the countries. My role is largely about supporting the sales organisation in the customer dialogue. I often help out before a customer meeting with demos and other things that the sales representative needs to hold a perfect customer meeting.

PostNord Stralfors is constantly creating new customer solutions, and we’re the business of the future in the whole PostNord Group, which is both challenging and educational. I’m also very much attracted to being able to work across the whole organisation, and not in ‘drainpipes’, which gives me an overall perspective and a great understanding of our business.
