The many new possibilities for digital dialogue in mit.dk will be made available as part of the omnichannel solution for the Nordic supplier of communication solutions.
With mit.dk, companies and organisations will have access to a completely new communication platform that makes dialogue between citizens, businesses, and public authorities easier and more intuitive. From 21. March 2022, all citizens over the age of 15 receive digital mail from the public sector and several companies in mit.dk. Netcompany and PostNord Strålfors have entered into a cooperation agreement so that PostNord Strålfors can sell mit.dk's services to its customers. It will also be possible for mit.dk's customers to use PostNord Strålfors' services.
The completely new opportunities for interaction and digital dialogue in mit.dk, is not only to receive and read digital mail on a user-friendly platform. As an example, it is possible to pay bills, book appointments, chat with customer service, enter usage information and much more in one place – without having to logon to other webpages.
PostNord Strålfors already handles more than one billion messages a year as a market leader within Customer Communication Management (CCM) in the Nordic region. Now private companies, organisations and authorities also get access to mit.dk via PostNord Strålfors' omnichannel solution – and can allow their customers to respond to the digital post.
