The situation is further challenged by the fact that documents must comply with the strict formal requirements regulating insurance companies.
Kristoffer Schmidt, Head of Business Development at Frende Forsikring, explains that previously, key personnel were responsible for ensuring that these formal requirements were met.
– SIt was time-consuming and created both internal and external dependencies for us. Consequently, we have worked closely with PostNord Strålfors to reduce these dependencies and to further develop our document management," says Schmidt.
The solution was the implementation of Access Interactive, a web-based interface that allows the company to fully manage document distribution. It enables the editing of document templates in terms of both layout and content, ensuring that all generated documents meet the company's strict requirements regarding fonts, images, and overall appearance. Furthermore, templates can be modified quickly as requirements or needs evolve.
– Thanks to Access Interactive, we can now modify document templates ourselves and are no longer as dependent on key personnel as we were before," Schmidt continues.
