In order to increase gender equality, it was decided in 2010 that the balance should be no more than 60 percent and no less than 40 percent of women or men. PostNord Strålfors reached the target in 2017 and it continues to be one of our key targets to uphold a 60/40 gender balance. We always have the ambition that every recruitment should include both women and men among the final candidates.
