What is your role here at PostNord Strålfors?

– I have worked at PostNord Strålfors for 13 years. I previously worked on the production side of the business, so I have a lot of experience from there. In the production areas, my areas of responsibility related to printers and enveloping.

– I was assigned my current position of Customer Contact Manager a couple of years ago. There are big differences between my current position and my previous position, but my experience from production is of great use to me in my role as Customer Contact Manager. I also feel that my team has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, which has made it easy for me to settle into my new role quickly.

– I work in the Customer Care team, where my role is to help customers in the best possible way. We are the first point of contact for customers. If I don’t know how to answer a customer’s question because it requires specialist knowledge, I can always get help from a colleague in another team – we always help each other.

– A large part of my responsibility is also to check that tasks are done at the right time. For me, it is extremely important to create a good relationship and a sense of trust with the customers. There are six of us in our team, with everyone having different skills and strengths, which I really appreciate. I think this creates a team with an incredibly strong sense of togetherness.

Can you describe PostNord Strålfors in a couple of sentences?

– In my eyes, PostNord Strålfors has a great mix of reliable, professional, solution-oriented people. We have good team spirit and there is fantastic cooperation between the different teams.

What do you appreciate most about PostNord Strålfors?

– I appreciate my work, because I can be myself; I enjoy helping customers in a professional way and my role really gives me the opportunity to do this. I really enjoy having contact with customers and creating a good atmosphere. I get strength from such work.

What would you say to someone who is thinking about applying to work at PostNord Strålfors?

– Welcome and enjoy the ride! This is a great place to be and has wonderful people. PostNord Strålfors offers excellent opportunities to develop your skills if you have the right motivation and desire. I think that motivation is one of the most valuable tools you can have in your professional life. When I’m motivated, I can both perform well and have fun at the same time.
