PostNord Strålfors acquires Edita Prima from Edita Group
The Nordic Communication solution provider, PostNord Strålfors, acquires Edita Prima Oy from Edita Group Oyj. The purchase agreement has been signed on 9 June 2023 by PostNord Strålfors Oy and Edita Group Oyj. PostNord Strålfors and Edita Prima complement each other well, and clear synergy benefits are expected to emerge from the transaction. The closing of the acquisition is subject to the approval of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
